HB Equities was established in 2012 as an owner operated family owned real estate investment and redevelopment firm with a focus on residential properties.  The success of HB Equities was achieved through hard work and responsible decisions without losing perspective of the fact that the business is grounded in its obligation to provide the basic human necessities of shelter and security to their home owners and tenants.  The attentive and responsive property management style of HB Equities is exemplified through the high percentage of long term happy tenants as well as the incredibly low vacancy rates within their homes.

All properties owned and sold by HB Equities are newly remodeled and updated with modern fixtures and finishes. Partners Matthew Harder and Steven Harder are well educated and seasoned business owners and have an extensive background in construction, architecture, design, real estate, business management, and property management.  They pride themselves on offering the highest quality homes with the utmost attention to detail.  Matt and Steve's backgrounds and experience provide them with the tools to achieve steady growth of the HB Equities real estate portfolio while navigating the pitfalls typically associated with growth in this market.
